Job summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting platform demos, negotiating, and closing contracts with SMBs looking to adopt AI in their business. This is one of the most important roles in the company, directly driving the customer base and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Colabe platform demos for SDR-qualified leads
  • Present the AI value proposition tailored to each customer’s business
  • Negotiate terms, plans, and close subscription contracts
  • Build relationships with key customers and strategic partners
  • Work with conversion, MRR, and activated customer targets
  • Collaborate with SDR and Support on post-sale handoff
  • Provide market feedback to Product and Marketing teams

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B or SaaS sales
  • Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Consultative profile, solution- and goal-oriented
  • Ability to understand business pain points and translate them into platform benefits

Nice to have

  • Experience selling software, technology, or AI
  • Solid track record of meeting sales targets
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (SPIN, BANT, Challenger)
